Keynote: The Future of Broadcasting
The opening keynote to this prestigious event is entitled The Future of Broadcasting a open forum hosted by freelance journalist Raymond Snoddy from the United Kingdom, John Smith CEO of BBC Worldwide, William H. Roedy former CEO of MTV, Luke Johnson CEO Risk Capital Partners and Peter Owen chairman of the IBC Council. This keynote forum will discuss how broadcasters respond to the dilution of ad revenues and the threat posed by new mobile and internet deliver platforms.

Forum: Radio Spectrum Policy: Can Broadcast and Telecom Worlds Optimize the Use of a Scarce Resource?
Spectrum is a scarce resource in most of the developed world and particularly so in Europe. Increasing demands by large telecoms operators for additional spectrum for wireless services is putting pressure on conventional over the air broadcasters to make compromises on the spectrum they badly need for HDTV and other important services. 

Talk: Stereo 3DTV Graphics - Investigating the Issues in Depth
With the growth of 3DTV services to the home, new challenges are arising as to how and where to position graphics, subtitles and on-screen programme guide information. As well as artistic considerations, there are a number of practical and psycho-visual issues that must be taken into consideration for viewer comfort.
