Music Matters 2011 in Singapore

mm-YutoMusic Matters 2011 is taking place May 26 - 28, 2011 at the Ritz Carlton Millenia in Singapore, Asia's only annual conference dedicated to the business of music.

From industry heavyweights to the world’s Youngest Professional Guitar Player, Music Matters 2011 is the place to discuss the business of music in Asia.

Launched in 2006, Music Matters was created with and for the music industry, bringing together major players to discuss, debate, do business and watch some of the hottest up-and-coming acts in Asia.

Created, managed and promoted by Branded, the Music Matters program is customized with the input of an advisory board from across the "entertainment value chain" including majors, independents, promoters, digital retail, lawyers, financiers, mobile and media.

Music Matters is proudly supported by Singapore Tourism Board and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA).

This is a hallmark year with a new look, new location and new expanded program. Leading online entertainment and music companies discuss what’s next for the digital music industry from the boardroom to the beat on the street.

Japan Matters Featuring Yuto Miyazawa
Eleven-year-old Yuto Miyazawa owns the Guinness World Record for "Youngest Professional Guitar Player." But that‛s only the beginning. His videos have received millions of YouTube views, he has toured the US with heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne, and he has appeared on many popular American and Japanese TV programs. Yuto even traded solos with the legendary Les Paul.
