The Dallas Comic Con, takes place May 21 - 22, 2011 in the 300,000 square foot Irving Convention Center is a huge show in a new venue.
The premier guest list include actors Leonard Nimoy and Carrie Fisher, and legendary artists Stan Lee and John Romita Jr.
Ben Stevens, with C2 Ventures hosting the event, explains the growth of the convention: "We’ve come a long way, developing a very large fan base that literally had us bursting at the seams. Some of our recent shows were so crowded, it was difficult to walk the hallways. This larger venue will solve that problem while allowing us to bring in more guests, vendors and special events."
